Where do you find your providers?
Most of our providers are recommended by current members. We also accept recommendations from our parents and other respected community members. We are always on the lookout for passionate caregivers that love what they do. We then require references and a completed background check. All providers must also complete an Orientation. For child care and senior care Orientations are held in person and we ensure all caregivers are CPR/First-aid certified.
How do I book Providers?
Booking Providers should always be done through the Agency. We go through this in detail with you during our registration process to make booking as easy as possible. In addition to calling or emailing whenever you need someone, we offer an online booking tool and an option to receive weekly email reminders! We always send you a confirmation for your bookings and record them in your Ily account calendar.
What does it cost?
Each Provider has a unique hourly rate based on their qualifications and the needs of your job. Your Family Care Specialist will provide this to you prior to booking
Can I request a particular provider?
Yes! If you found someone that you really enjoy we will do everything we can to make sure that you are matched with this individual as often as possible. You will have the possibility to meet the Provider ahead of time as well through a free 20 minute meeting, a phone or skype call, or a single booking with our 4-hour minimum. You will ALWAYS see a detailed profile about the Provider before your booking is confirmed!
